HUDDLE BANTER – TERMS OF SERVICE (LEGAL HEAVY VERSION)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Huddle Banter (“Huddle Banter,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using any portion of our website, platform, social features, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

Huddle Banter is a sports information, commentary, and community discussion platform. We provide:

Sports news, coverage, and reporting
Analytical articles, opinions, and commentary
Discussions regarding publicly available odds and sports trends
Social interaction tools and user-generated content spaces

Huddle Banter is NOT a gambling or wagering service.

We do not:

Accept, process, or facilitate bets or wagers
Conduct gambling transactions of any kind
Operate as a sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, tipster, or tout service
Provide gambling products, real-money games, or wagering opportunities

All references to betting, sportsbooks, odds, or predictions are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute actionable guidance.

2. NO GAMBLING, NO FINANCIAL OR BETTING ADVICE

You acknowledge and agree that:

Huddle Banter exclusively provides information, discussion, and commentary
Huddle Banter does not sell picks, betting recommendations, or financial advice
Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a guarantee of future outcomes

You remain solely responsible for:

Understanding the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction
Determining whether to place any bets outside the Platform
Any financial losses or damages occurring from your own decisions

Huddle Banter shall not be liable for any outcome (positive or negative) resulting from actions users take outside of the Platform.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of majority where you reside
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You are not prohibited by law from accessing sports-related information

4. USER CONTENT & ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

Users may submit comments, posts, predictions, and media (“User Content”).

You agree that you will not:

Promote or link to illegal gambling services
Sell, advertise, or distribute betting picks or gambling schemes
Post content that is defamatory, abusive, sexually explicit, unlawful, or harmful
Impersonate individuals, misrepresent affiliations, or spread misinformation
Upload or distribute copyrighted material without permission
Engage in harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior
Manipulate or mislead users with fraudulent betting claims

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Remove or moderate User Content
Suspend or terminate accounts
Report unlawful activity to authorities

5. NO WARRANTY; NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties or guarantees, including:

Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of sports data or analysis
Continuity of access, uptime, or system performance
Truthfulness or quality of user-generated content
Accuracy of predictions, opinions, or trends
Absence of errors, bugs, or interruptions

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huddle Banter and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any financial losses related to sports betting or gambling decisions
Any reliance placed on Platform information
Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Any damages resulting from third-party websites or services
Any service interruptions, technical issues, or security breaches

Your exclusive remedy is to cease use of the Platform.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & EXTERNAL SERVICES

The Platform may include links to third-party websites, including:

News outlets
Legal sportsbooks
Social media platforms
Sports data providers

Huddle Banter:

Does not control third-party sites
Does not endorse or guarantee their services
Is not responsible for their content, actions, or policies

Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and those third parties.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property on the Platform—including logos, site design, text, graphics, and software—is owned by Huddle Banter and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform
Use our branding or materials for commercial purposes
Copy or scrape site content for your own use

without prior written authorization.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

Suspend or terminate accounts
Block access to any part of the Platform
Remove content
Take any action necessary to protect our Platform and community

Reasons for termination include (but are not limited to):

Violations of these Terms
Illegal activity
Promotion of gambling services
Harassment or abusive behavior
Security concerns

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any legal action related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dallas, Texas.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Huddle Banter may modify or amend these Terms at any time.
Revisions take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
